Shipping & Returns
We offer worldwide shipping calculated specifically per product and country. Most countries cost no more than 6.50 EUR (7.50 USD)
Once the product is shipped, the order will be updated with a tracking code.
Shortly after you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Estimated delivery times are anywhere from 5-14 business days.
If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please check your tracking code again. If the order is missing please contact us at email@example.com
We go to work as soon as you put in your order.
Due to our on-demand nature of business items are usually fulfilled in 2-3 business days and sent out right after. During busy times these fulfilment days can take up to 5 business days.
We always try to get your order to you as fast as we can!
In the case of damaged goods, you don't need to send the product back to us. Simply email our Customer Support the order number and images of the damaged goods or only the order ID for lost goods and we will have a replacement order shipped out as soon as possible.
If you have received your product and it does not fit or you are generally unhappy with it we're happy to replace your product or refund your order within 30 days of purchasing.
Your product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged in any way. Shipping costs are also expected to be covered by the customer. Hats, phone cases, discounted items and all other products that have "final sale" in their description are not eligible for return.

We're very excited to work with each and every creator and design their vision however due to the large demand at this moment our requirement is 50.000 followers on any respective social media platform.
All our influencers get a very competitive chunk out of their total sales with an optional bonus.

We strongly encourage our influencers to accept Paypal as payment. It makes the entire process a lot faster and easier for both of us.
If you wish to receive your payment in any other way, feel free to discuss this with our time during the design process.

Product & Stock
A pre-order is when you reserve a piece of merchandise before it is actively being sold.
This way you guarantee to have your piece of exclusive merchandise before it's sold out! Merchandise available for pre-order will always have a pre-order label in the description with an estimated shipping date.
Most of our collection is always available for purchase.
Only when a product is labeled as "Pre-Order" or "Limited Edition" it will be out of stock when all units are sold.
Depending on the product (Hoodie, T-Shirt, etc) sizes will vary but they will always be listed in the description.
For some products we also stock kid / youth sizes. These are made to order so they take a little more time to fulfil and get to you.
